Fitzroy Presents on Effects of Mileage-Based User Fees on Urban Vs. Rural Households
EDR Group's Stephen Fitzroy presented to members of the Mileage-Based User Fee Alliance (MBUFA) who gathered in Washington, DC on February 26, 2019 for a quarterly meeting to review the findings of the National Symposium on a National Pilot held last November.
Dr. Fitzroy presented his findings for the paper "Effects of Mileage-Based User Fees on Urban and Rural Households" that was commissioned by RUC West earlier this year. This information provides statistical background to a key issue for MBUF.
