Kyle Schroeckenthaler spoke at the 6th annual, national meeting of the Mileage-Based User Fee Alliance (MBUFA), June 18th, 2019 in Washington, DC.
He was chosen as the luncheon speaker, and presented on "The Issue of Rural Vs. Urban with a Road User Charge (RUC)," which summarized the findings of EDR Group's research for the RUC West Research Program.
