World Bank Forum on Economic and Social Development for Cost-Effective Transport Planning

The World Bank, as part of its Transport Knowledge and Learning Forum, convened its economists and planners from around the world to its headquarters in March 2017 for an instructional forum on “Economic and Social Development and Cost-Effective Planning and Design.”
