Downtown Housing Market in Boston

For a major regional development organization, Economic Development Research Group and Cambridge Economic Research conducted an economic study of the Boston area market for condominiums and rental properties, and the level of demand for new downtown housing.

The study examined how changing demographics, income patterns and residential location patterns are all serving to increase and change demand for downtown Boston condominiums. The study also examined how the competitive supply of Boston's urban condominium market is shifting. The report is proprietary.
