For Ahmedabad Electric Company^TM (through US AID), Glen Weisbrod of EDR Group directed a project (under subcontract to IRG), to assess the effectiveness of Ahmedabad Electric Company's program to develop ESCO delivery mechanisms for private market delivery of energy efficiency services. The assessment was based on stakeholder interviews, site visits and reviews of utility data and information systems.
